♛ BASICS ♛ NAME USED ☆ johnny joestar. BIRTH NAME ☆ jonathan joestar. SERIES ☆ jojo's bizarre adventure: steel ball run. CANON POINT ☆ after "defeating" sugar mountain by giving up the holy corpse to the eleven men. ♛ FIRST IMPRESSIONS ♛ VISUAL ☆ johnny is lean, mean, and a very tired bean. he sits below most people's eyelines in a wheelchair, though his standing height isn't anything impressive, either--probably 5'3 or less. he's of slightly-below-average weight, with dishwater-blonde hair and blue eyes. he has a star-shaped birthmark on his left shoulder. FASHION ☆ johnny is...well, he's kind of a practical dresser, when you set him next to his canonmates, but overall, he's a little eccentric. he values comfort over style or practicality, and he essentially wears footy pajamas for the entire duration of the story. in modern terms, this translates to lots of hoodies and sweatpants, and it's very hard to catch him without a hat on. DEMEANOR ☆ johnny radiates quiet intensity, which can often be misinterpreted as hostility. in normal situations, he's polite, keeping his head low and his hands occupied, but there's still steel behind it. he's more reclusive than outgoing, though he can still handle a conversation with ease. AURAL ☆ most of the time, it's hard to judge johnny's mental state from his voice alone, but when he's upset, there's a distinctive wobble to it, as if he's on the edge of tears (which is likely, because he's a cryababy). he, in true joestar form, also raises his voice when he gets agitated. in addition to these main traits, there's also a vague kentucky twang to his voice. OLFACTORY ☆ johnny smells like horse. even when he hasn't been near a horse for awhile, that smell just sort of follows him around. there's also a faint scent of chamomile tea to him. MENTAL ☆ johnny's mental state is Mostly Depressed, All The Time. he's lethargic and his thoughts tend to wander towards the extreme possibilities, as well as the weight of his guilt and grief. he does his best. his best is just not very good. MEDICAL ☆ johnny is a former athlete, so he's fairly physically healthy, rarely getting sick. however, his most defining trait is his paraplegia, leaving him unable to move his body below the waist. additionally, his fingernails are almost always painfully short, for...reasons. read below for more info on that. MAGICAL ☆ stand users--and other people with good spiritual perception--will be able to see his stand, which at his current canonpoint is in its act two phase. the stand doesn't interact with other people when it's out, though it will occasionally whisper phrases into johnny's ear. he doesn't tend to acknowledge it. (poor tusk.) ABILITIES ☆ johnny's stand, TUSK, grants him the ability to shoot his fingernails out of his body like bullets, among other helpful tricks. for more information, check out his stand information page.

ANYTHING ELSE? ☆ johnny's canon is extremely heavy, and deals a lot with subjects like assault, rape, and suicidal ideation. if you want me to steer clear of any of these in a thread, let me know down below! comments are screened. (i generally try and stay away from talking about them for my own mental health anyways, so hopefully it won't be necessary to deliberately avoid them, but i would prefer to be careful!)
